SHIPPING POLICY
Plants Online uses my Hermes courier services for most of our packages, on occasion we may use Royal mail for some small packages. We use specially made packaging for our plants to make sure they arrive with you undamaged. Deliveries will take 3-5 days, any purchases made on a Saturday/Sunday will be posted on Monday morning so plants aren't unnecessarily sitting in boxes for longer than needed.
We currently ship throughout out all of the UK.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase or in the unlikely event your plants get damaged please contact me with in 14 days of purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the items in the same condition you received them in.
PAYMENT METHOD
We use Pay Pal for all of our transactions as they are a trusted payment method and a known brand.
